AGROVECO GROUP has been invited for third time to participate and share their experience and success stories in TRANSLOG CONNECT CONGRESS, the most important Congress in Central-Eastern Europe for Logistics and Supply Chain.
It was a special edition since the Congress has returned after being canceled in 2020 due to Covid. This issue was one of the main topics, due to all the obstacles and, above all, solutions that this situation has generated.
On this occasion, its Export Director, Mr Jorge Guillén Rangil, participated in three thematic presentations. First, participating in a discussion table related to “adaptation to change” with two other professionals from important multinational groups, the Worldwide Supply Director of MERCEDEZ BENZ, Mr Stefan Putzlocher, and the Eastern Europe Supply Director of NIVEA, Mr Konstantin Heppner.
The organization and those attending the event appreciated the alternative point of view on the market situation by Grupo Agroveco, as a contrasted point of view to some of the largest Corporations in the World.
The second intervention was a Successful Case-Study to the 300 attendees entitled “Fighting Volatility of Supply and Prices of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials”. In this presentation, the Export Director of Agroveco shared with the attendees the successful experience of GRUPO AGROVECO during these two years of difficulties, as well as their experience with regard to the adaptation of positions and remote work.
The third intervention was another discussion table with the Logistics Director of the AVON group, Mr József Vizsy, and with an economist researcher from the University of Ljubjana, Dr Marko Budler, focused on leadership management in work teams.
